Have you ever watched an anime about food/cooking?

Yakiatte Japan! and Shokugeki no Souma are what come to mind for me.

Bentou and hmm does working! count? Its about working at a family resturant right and that involves cooking.

I've seen some random episodes of Yakitake Japan!, when it aired in on TV in my country. I've also watched all episodes of Bento.

i was bored one day and found this one shoujo manga but got way too bored to try to keep up with it

Let's see... I've watched Cooking Master Boy, Yakitate! Japan, Yumeiro Patissere, Yumeiro Patissere Professional, and Bartender.

I'm also keeping track with Toriko.

Can we call Moyashimon a food anime??? Fermentation is a pretty big part of foods and alcohol after. If so, then I've watched both season of that as well.

And in terms of manga, I'm following Bambino (just started reading the second series), Shizuka no Kami (if Vertical will drop their licensing rights, maybe I should commission this one to someone else), Toriko, Addicted to Curry, and Nobunaga no Chef.

I tried to watch Ben-to and Yumiere Patisserie, but... meh.
I guess that genre doesn't appeal to me.

No I couldn't find any cooking animes yet but I read Shokugeki no Soma and Addicted to Curry. Awesome mangas^^
