Hello again everyone need info on upgrading my computer.

Ok so the thing that I want to upgrade are PSU,Video card,CPU.
First here are my spec and motherboard mobo:
Asus CM5571-BR003.
Pentium Duo core E5400.Codename: Wolfdale.
6gb ram DDR3.
Integrate graphic card.
motherboard model P5QL Intel-P43.
Socket 775 LGA.
I was going to upgrade first the PSU with 600watt corsair,Asus Radeon HD 7770,I was going to leave the CPU for last but this is the one that I was thinking of upgrade Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 or Intel Core 2 Duo E6850.
I did a lot research on my computer so tell me If my cpu is upgradeable and what are the thing that I am going to have problems?

At this point no sane person can really recommend a C2Q cpu anymore. You're better off investing in a new board with socket LGA1155 and get a 3570k alongside it. 7770 will be a nice entry/mid range card but you'll be bottlenecked regardless with any cpu pre nehalem these days. Also, you won't need any more than a 500w cpu for your build, assuming you don't cheap out on it that is.

^this. Besides, the 3570K has a pretty good iGPU, it might improve performance a lot more than a dGPU with an outdated system, depending on what you're planning to use it for, obviously.

Ok guys Thanks for the advice I would rep you both but you know rule here I can't.ok now I got couple of question for you guys:If I invest in new board and new i5 core can I integrate it with the computer that I have now? or Do I have to buy everything new for this new board cpu? I know this is dumb question to ask, So please be gentle with me I dont know much about computers.
@Intelus : I was going to use the new upgrade for games.

Provided it's not a no-name, cheap Chinese POS, you should be able to use your old PSU (450-500W tends to be enough for anything), your old case and if they're SATA, your old HDDs and optical drive.

It really helpful if you give us your current budget you are putting into this.
I recommend to wait till some kind of big sale(like black friday or cyber monday if you're in the US) and buy all at once instead of buying parts separately.
You should also consider maybe going with LGA 1155 if you are planning to upgrade it even further in the future, but all of this are depended on you and how much you're willing to spend for the upgrade.

Ok so I did a little more digging in my computer came with weak PSU peak 300 watts rate 250 watt, The hard drive is a Seagate 750GB ATA (WHY!!!!) Optical drive ??? could not find brand or serial# ,So the Memory 6Gb/PC3-10600 2gb 1333mbps.
I am so screwed.
@Kinsake: So my budget is 450$ I was checking LGA1155 ASUS P8Z77-V LK Intel Z77 Motherboard with Inte core i5-3570 Quad with nice feature unlock but seen how PSU 300 watt peak I don't think it going to work with that wattage and I don't think the hard drive can support the change, Correct me if I am wrong here. I think I am going to have to buy parts separately I guess.
If you guys have other opinion on the matter feel free to do so ?

You are buying your parts off newegg/tigerdirect right (as in this combo)? You're definitely going to need a new power supply, and while you may have an IDE drive, it can still be used on a tight budget with the purchase of an adapter to sata. Of course, on good days you can find 1TB sata drives on newegg for about $60.
under your budget, you can get that combo for 300 + 7770 for 120 leaving you at 420. However, since your board leaves you plenty of room to upgrade to a better gpu later on, I'd suggest bearing it out with the intel HD 4000 and spending your remaining 150$ on a nice hard drive, powersupply, and ram.
You've got two PCIe 3.0 x16 lanes on there too for any dedicated GPU you'd want in the coming years, so just save up for that extra upgrade and buy all the essential parts now.

I have something good for you
I found i5 3570K for $169.99 and that Asus P8Z77-V for $79.99 when you buy it together. That should be more then enough left over to buy PSU if you want to.
Only downside to that is you physically need to go to micro center and buy the thing

Thank you everyone for answering my question, I think I am going to buy the stuff separately, For now going for PSU and new SATA/HDD first then new Ram,Leave the new Motherboard,CPU,Videocards for last.
I will rep everyone once each day,Thank you for all the Help.
