It's scenarios. You listen to girls (there's ones with males too) giving 'you' service or you having sex with them etc with the sound effects and voices. It's usually not just straight into it, there's context as well.
Google the ones I recommended. Hentairules uploads H-audio regularly as well.
If its that in depth I might have to go look up some, after reading this thread it could be interesting.
You should definitely give it a try.

I'm all for it, I usually turn on some games if I'm gonna look at pictures, get some good music rolling (I've made folders of some "evil" tracks from a bunch of h-games that work well), then get the voices going, and let the pictures roll... I love it even more if it's got the nasty sounds involved. If you know of some good ones with a lot of "juicy" sounds let me know heh.
I've downloaded a few audio sets from somewhere once but haven't found really good ones yet, the few I got are just huge lists of super short sounds and stuff.
I checked out Audio Record Wizard too to rip some music once, then messed with it during some of my favorite h-scenes and that's nice for some picture BGM as well.
