Hero or Villain?

I had to choose villain. I mean, I already am, so...
Anyway, my superpower is total control over insects, mostly the ones I genetically engineer in my lab. One of my favorites is Little Edgie, my "son", an anthro-insect (half human/ half insect). He has wings large enough to fly while carrying me and razor-sharp blades on his arms. He also is the only one of my creations who has a will of his own, so I can only control him as much as I can any other person (and I'm very persuasive...).

I'd be both.

Yeah, I'd be a villain. Besides, I've never really been much of a people person IRL, So being feared by all is better than being trampled on because you're kind.

As for powers, A.T. field, Both in the sense it's offensive and defensive; Blocks stuff as defence, Cuts trhrough stuff as offense.

Or what Alien can do: Climb wall, Enhanced sensory perception, Agility, Acid blood. The bloods the best, I could torture people by cuting my hand and pressing it onto their face.

As much as I would like to be a villain, I would play the hero, since evil actions already outshine the good actions. However, I would be a realist and just kill off murderers and castrate the rapist, make sure to punish those who deserve it and make them examples of what will happen if you want to cross me as the local/world hero.

It would depend on the power that I receive. Would the power be something physical, like spider-man, superman, etc, or would it be an abstract power that can be mentally affecting, ie. Geass, Controller, etc?

If it is a physical power, I'd stay as a hero; making enemies out of human being is about the worst thing you could do for yourself on this human-dominant planet. Fuck any girls you want? In return for being chased 24/7 with risk on my life doesn't have any merits for me.

If it is an abstract power as said above, well, I am a morally gray person. I would work both as a hero and a villain to accomplish my goal, double-crossing both good and the bad.

So I voted for Hero.

I prefer the concept of being a chaotic neutral. I'll probably use my powers to help someone out, if possible. But at the end of the day, I can't help but seeing myself dicking around, horribly abusing my powers for my own petty gain/amusement. So I'll pretty much be keeping everyone guessing.

I would use my powers for my own gain. I would mark out a territory and if someone within that territory did something that I did not agree with, I'd handle it with any means necessary.

meh ill use my powers for myself unless there are people who need help in i dont know robbing a bank!?

heck, i'd be completely selfish about my power.. gonna find something i can profit off from using my powers in a secretive way... heck they'd be hunting me down and be doing tests on me... might as well duke it out with them

If I had any kind of super power, I wouldn't choose one or the other. I'd probably do what I thought was right, but it would be a matter of public opinion whether I was a hero or villain.

I was watching my friend play Infamous 2 and after a while he looked at me and said "You think that I should become a bad guy"

Is it bad that I wouldn't want either responsibility?

I don't want the responsibility of protecting citizens of a city or nation. Nobody gives a shit about you unless you're helping them out, otherwise you're just a freak and should be contained.

I also wouldn't want the responsibility of being a villain, because as Kaimax described it, there's no point really. I'm not selfish enough to want world domination, I wouldn't know what to do with the world at my hands.

I'd probably align to be a chaotic good if I had powers. I like helping people with my own ways and superpowers just gives me new awesome ways to make good to happen.

I personally think most people are to complex to be put into simple categories like "Hero" and "Villian." While i personally would try to avoid using my powers to hurt people/mess with other people's lives i would also want to enjoy my life and having my powers.

When I think heroes I think Kamina, Kenshiro, Sousuke,and Madoka.

When I think villains I think Antispirals, Seymour from FFX, and of Miki Sayaka... and I swear to god I do not want to be a Miki Sayaka.

I wouldn't do anything. Just continue my daily life, only a lot more awesome.

Though then people would find out, and I would have to turn villain on their asses
