It certainly did not take too long for a response from HLJ. In an email sent out to customers using credit cards, HLJ remarks on their use of PayPal for the past 7 years. The offer stands that using PayPal will earn free express shipping on any order. While the terms have not been detailed, I imagine that this offer will apply to pre-orders, including the behemoth Master Grade The O.

reason i rarely buy anything from HLJ is cos of how damn expensive the P+P is

EMS - like royal mails firs class mail ake about 3-5 days to arrive

FedEx - possibly the most expensive but quickest

It offend last for only a short while, I often shop from that site, and I receive e-mails about sale etc. and when ever I get a notice of this its usually just for a short time, like 1-2 weeks. The sites done this from time to time, they first did it only for people who set up a Paypal Billing Agreement (which can be bad, search around and you'll see some stories maybe about ppl who got screwed because of it) but if its just for using Paypal then its awesome. Better get what I can now before they stop this promotion.
