home made lunch or eating out?

well i noticed this a lot.... whenever we get busy or some things.... we cant make our own lunches and have to eat out.... which is more effective for you?

eating out or bringing your own homemade lunch?

I bring my own lunch.

I like eating what I make. Not sure why. Security?

Leftovers from dinner, way better than school lunch or expensive chinese food.

Eat out, I have an amazing metabolism, so I could literally eat out everyday for a month and gain no weight. (I've proven this.)

I run regularly so my cardio is good enough. Just simpler to eat out.

Bring lunch, save money... you'll be surprised at the amount of extra cash you end up with.

I do both just because whenever i have company meeting or a Guild meeting I have to eat out. Other days I like to bring a meal because it saves me money.

I seriously prefer to make my own lunch if I could but my knowledge in cooking is so limited I don't go much choices when making something. Eating out is expensive where I am so I rarely go out to eat.

I Prefer a homemade meal because its alo cheaper and my GF suprised me by being a very good cook T-T her cooking is the best

Marry her. Housewives are awesome, if they're not the slutty cheating type.

i'm too cheap to eat out, i like to bring my own lunch. unless i'm working at a resturaunt, and then only if i trust the cook/chef.





security is a good reason, especialy if you've seen the inside of the food service industry. i've worked at some places with very scary kitchens. i'm talking about health inspector getting a pay off scary.

I bring my own lunch, because my cooking is awesome!
No lie. One of the jobs I had when I was a security guard, when I would go on my lunch beak with some of the teachers, they would ask if they could try my lunch, because it looked better than what they brought. I didn't go out often, unless I knew I could get away with it. So if I did go out, it was either Subway or Taco Bell. Once a month, I would treat myself to Carl's Jr.
