Horrible roommates

Resolution? No, not yet, it isn't that easy, I'm just trading problems. I'd rather deal with the necessary bullshit to get myself to where I want to be rather than tolerate mediocrity. I have a solid plan though, and I even took variables and deviations from the plan into account. Hopefully by the time I have my degree I'll own a small business worth just enough to sell to a competitor to clear the way for the second, and more important round of education, a second degree and graduate level classes ending either in a successful small operation I would personally own, or successful integration into a larger company with room for advancement. I want a 20th+floor apartment artfully decorated and a job that I actually want to do instead of selling shoes, thanks to listening to enough drunken shouted, pointless, rambling stories to last a lifetime I'm going to try to be powerful enough to have people like him slaving away under me building the houses I design. I want to watch from above as him and those like him perpetually squirm their way through life, he's that irritating.
