Hot Sauce

What brand of hot sauce do you most often use or have around the your house?
I gotta say I'm a guy who loves his Tapatio. I put that stuff on almost anything. It's just the right amount of "hot" that you can eat everyday.

Tapatio for sure, Tabasco on certain things.
Chinese chili paste or some Sriracha is good too, I love spicy Thai food.

Well I'll try looking for Texas Pete. I hope it ain't a sweet tasting hot sauce like Tabasco. It just doesn't do anything for me.

I love Sriracha sauce. Mix it with some mayo or sour cream and it goes great with burgers or other sandwiches.

Curious and Wondering
I actually make my own hot sauce. I'd take:
15 siling labuyo (Philippine variation of a red chili pepper)
300ml of tomato ketchup, preferably Heinz
Blend the chili in a blender with 3-4 tablespoons of ketchup until the chili's a puree. Then get a squeeze bottle and mix the chili and the ketchup.
Ta-dah! Hot sauce. Au naturel.
The only drawback is since it's fresh, consume the hot sauce within 4 days and keep the squeeze bottle container in a cool, dry place and keep the nozzle lid closed when not in use.

I choose different ones off the shelf at work or where ever.
I bought one that was named "Tiger hot sauce". It was more of a "dessert" hotsauce: not too hot, sweeter than other hotsauces and reminded me of a sweet and sour sauce cousin. They suggested that you use it for eggrolls and such.
Otherwise, it's good ole Tabasco or Thai chili sauce.

For me, I use Frank's Red Hot hot sauce. Flavor AND heat combined. Mostly use that stuff to make hot wings and other stuff. I do put it on pop corn, eggs, and sometimes, in my ramen.
