How do I block websites and or domains by china

Hello,

I wanna block websites from china, uk and a few other states.
I can block top-level-domains via router

but a few times i've come to chinese websites with .net or .com top-level domain.
I don't wanna see those sites again so I ask for some way how to block them.
Is there some backbone IP, national gateway or something? My router blacklist is limited to ten.
And please don't explain me anything about some host.cfg or what name it has,
I wanna block them by gateway.
