Big fan of facials myself, but what a few others said... I think it's way hotter when it's more directed in the mouth and the girl swallows. Some joke it's a nasty "bird feeder" kind of quirk, but it's hot as hell to me and I can only hope I find a girl that enjoys it. lol

Facials have nothing to do with intimacy, if anything it may be a dominance thing. Honestly I didn't even think facials being demeaning could be a proper topic. I don't see how it's demoralizing in any way. As long as you have permission, go for it. And in the case of porn, well, porn is porn and not real life, it's designed for entertainment purposes. If facials is a topic of demoralization of women, people should be looking at tonnes of the worse stuff that's available online.
