How do you like your eggs?

Nothing quicker than breaking a couple and making scrambled eggs. Then just add a variety of spices, depending on the day's appetite, and VOILA!

I love eggs very, very much, and my favorite way's of preparing them include...
- sunny side up, pan fried (with pam spray), served either with a slice of toast, or on a bed of rice.
- eggs in a basket - 1 raw egg dropped into a slice of wheat toast with a hole cut out of the center, pan fry until the egg is cooked (I rarely eat eggs this way, but I *love* them).
- soft boiled eggs - i add an egg to boiling water and let it sit for approx 8m (no more than that!), the white is hard, while the yolk is still liquid / soft.. perfection
- egg white in soups (I usually crack 2 eggs, and drop the whites into the broth of the soups when they are on a medium boil, and stir furiously.. they really add a nice flavor)
