Good evening,
So I am one to check out the twitter, and I notice the collections of books, apparel, and especially figurines. So that has me thinking, how exactly does one manage to keep buying these delectable items? I understand that most people probably have jobs, but with the money that would be due to things such as rent and just other crap in life, just how do you guys do it?!

I have a job and only rarely splash out on luxuries, so even after rent I still have some left over. I also never bothered to invest in a car so I'm not forking out on insurance.

You're overestimating paychecks. Most companies just opt for minimum wage because they have to by law.

the sunday job is minimum wage
the other isn't
but i do have car and that is my main cost,
plus i haven't worked all my life and not been doing full time jobs
for about 8 years of my working life have been part time
first 2 odd years was around 4k per year
4 was around 10k per year
last year was around 14k
you have tax to pay on that and living cost
started working part time
had other job but no full time contract until september 2016
and that 32 hours per week before i dropped it to 6 hours sunday
and got another job which is 37 hours per week
the other jobs i would do between 20-40 hours per week
plus am saving money to buy a house
with boths which i will come out with roughly £20k per year
but will need to pay TAX on that it will be around £17k
will pay pension on that so that will go down to about £16k
car insurance this year was £1k so now am on £15k
after rent to parent £13k
after car matains and fuel £12.2k
after phone bill and other cost etc cloths food £8/9k left over
i have only been doing 2 job since april
by previous job i would come out it £14k
after tax the was just under £13k
in which total cost would drop that down to about £5/6k
even after all this you have think about
if anything break, washer machine, fridge etc will need replacing,
house work, garden also takes some cost
i have 10K saved and someone does owe me 8k

Well with all these taxes, the car, the low paycheck & the plan for the own house that's a different story! Owning your own house must be great though.
Good luck on that!

the house i want to buy and rent it out
it will give me some income and retirement for the future.
it easy to work long hours while young and save
so as you are out on your own it gets more expensive
