I actually alternate between the two for all my caps needs. I think it might even depend where the letter is; I just noticed that if I'm pressing a key top left with my right hand, I give caps the quick double tap with my left. I used to purely use caps lock because I didn't know about shift, too. I am strange. :P

Feels weird typing in CAPS lock. I rather hold the shift key and type than use CAPS.
