I prefer mouth only. If it's only the mouth, there's obviously more focus on using it and, in my opinion, the mouth feels so much better than the hand. That's why I'm always kind of disappointed in porn when the girl blows the guy for like 2-3 minutes then finishes him off with a handy. It's like, "Well, that's too bad, her mouth would have felt a lot better."
