I generally do it 2-3 times a day, more from boredom than anything else. If I'm out traveling or visiting family, etc, it's more like a week before I go out of my way to find a secluded place to do my business.

i once could hold it 4 about 6 days but now 1 day without faping means instant boner the next morning

I fap out of boredom more often than not. So I guess if I really tried I can last a week. But after that I had probably get so bored that I had start again.

I can go a month, but its tough. For any of you wondering a month is about how long it takes to kick the habit. I remember a study that said teenagers that see porn early (like 14-15) have a higher chance to get addicted than they would trying cocaine, pot, and pretty much everything else.
