Really depends on the mood. Sometimes I just want to get it over with and bust one out in 15, other times I delay gratification and keep it building up for a couple hours.

I used to be able to go for a long time, but now it's down to sessions of about 5-15 minutes about 2-4 times a day/night. It's better this way. When I took longer, I just tired myself out.

Usually 10-15 minutes. Every now and then if I'm either very horny or need a quick fap, around 2 minutes XD
Sometimes though I like to take my time, which in that case takes usually 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes 2.
