How long did it take you to get good at sex?
I'm a virgin, but today I tried masturbating and going through the motions as if I was actually having sex and...awkward and slow would be an understatement.

So how about you? I never really thought about how long I could keep up the physical labor of it and I'm out of fucking shape lol

There's no set answer to this, depends from person to person. Some people may never be good at sex. Others just are right off the bat (This is why you don't write when your high). Others get better through doing it more. If anything, you get tired, switch positions and let your partner take charge.

The physical labour part is totally unimportant when it comes to great sex. Even cripples can have a satisfying sex life.

What counts is
