Though I spent a summer in high school doing this schedule. 22 hours up, 4 hours sleep. It did not end well. Physical shaking, mind was slower. Fun little summer though.

And OT: About 3 days, then I fainted and fell headfirst into a door.

The longest I every stayed up was around 4 days I was a mess all my senses where slowed.sadly I fell asleep while using the bathroom.

12 hours. We were tracking down our customers who refuses to pay their debts when I was a skip tracer before.

72hrs or three days, and I was a mess after that. It wasn't for anything either, I just had a really bad case of insomnia due to traveling in countries I wasn't familiar with at the time.
