How many hours of sleep do you usually get?

Yeah exactly! Sleep is nice and all but there are certainly much more, if not productive, interesting things to do than sleep. Granted that sleep deprivation is not a pretty thing. What's the longest you've ever slept continuously? I've slept a complete 18 hours straight, but that was with a severe influenza.

The longest I've ever slept was 12 hours, but that was only after a month of staying up 2 days straight then sleeping 3 hours.

Im 6-8 but then theres no 8 so i chose 6-9

6 on average. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

Usually around 4-6 hours. It depends what I have to do the next day and if my sleep gets interrupted.

I get anywhere between 5 and 8 hours of sleep a night. Though when school comes around, its about 5 to 6 (7 at best) hours a night. Not healthy, but hell, what can I do.

Around 6-8 hours due to classes and distractions. On the weekends, around 8 hours and average about 10 hours on vacations.

Ive been an insomniac since middle school. When I DO finally get to sleep its hardly ever more than 5 hours.

For a weekday an average of around 5-6 hours a day. For weekends 6-7 hours a day. I've been getting less sleep nowadays. I've been staying up too long, working on a few projects on my computer. Just can't get my head to rest when they're not done yet.

Hmm, seems like I fall into the majority bunch. I average around 5-6 hours of sleep on weekdays, and maybe 6-9 hours of sleep on weekends.

For a person like me, I need 5-7 hours atleast. Either weekends or weekdays.

During the week I average out 4-6 hours of sleep. 6 hours if I'm really lucky. Sunday's are my day to sleep in. I slept 12 hours this Sunday.

Usually around nine hours, sometimes ten. I like my sleep.

That is only because I can. I like to think I can't function without at least eight hours of sleep, but when I was working I was lucky to get seven hours, and I managed just fine.

I sleep for about 27 hours per day.
