This is actually an incredibly interesting question. There's a certain twist or trap about it. It's difficult to find a good answer.

Answering with an actual number is awkward because it shows you are counting which is sad; Answering with an exaggerated number suggests you haven't had sex at all; Not answering is probably the best way to go unless you are a virgin or don't have an active sex life which is awkward as well
