Normally once or twice, but during the holidays my sleeping pattern gets irregular, I sort of become nocturnal and spend a lot of the nights fapping like mad, seriously I'm pretty sure it's more over 10 times, not as much juice comes out which I sometimes find good, less mess!
But after having a one week holiday full of nothing but fapping all night, my hand sorta becomes molded to only fap, so it's painful to go back to college and start drawing stuff.

As of now, I can occupy myself with other things and save up for a day or 2. Then I let it all out at once, through I can do 1-3 times a day but I stopped doing that.
