How often do you check/post in forums you are a member of?

I find that I have a habit of almost always being on forums when I'm home, and I get really impatient waiting for people to post/reply (the only thing that keeps me from posting tons is that I don't want to bump like a whole page worth of threads. So, I decided to make a poll about how often people check their forums that they members of, or Fakku specifically.
