It depends on a lot of factors really. Sometimes I'm too busy with work or other activities and I'll go days without thinking about it, other times when I have too much time on my hands I'll do it a couple times a day.

For me its maybe 1 to 2 times a day. But it lasts up to 2 till 5 hours. If nobody is at home. I hope i can change that one day so i can use the time to do something other.
