I'm being ignorant as well, but I'd never heard that name until now.

The Chavez was fighting for a more equal country, where a few can't live like kings while the people suffer... sometimes he could've been overzealous, he was even given to demagogy.

I'll admit: When I first saw the title, I thought it was about the Dog Whisperer, Caesar Chavez. Then I read it again and went OSHIT! Then I realized that I generally don't give a flying fuck about what happens in the real world -- previous generations have killed it for me, so I'm gonna inherit a dying planet. Unless the people in power right now wisen, smarten, and ball the fuck up.
