I have an interview today and I'm nervous.

Do the clothes look okay? D: I'm worried.
Pay no mind to how shitty my hair and face are, I haven't done my makeup or hair yet.

Also, tips for interviews? I've only had one interview prior to the one today.

You look lovely! Wonderful slouch top, I'm jelly :3
Just be honest, clear, and even if you doubt the merits of a credential, find something about it that made you grow and discuss that: for example, even in a job/position/grade in your history that didn't go so well, if they ask about why it fell through, say something like "well, we didn't see eye to eye on this, but I did learn a lot about working with people in the process", or "yes, that was a period where I was really trying to get a foothold on the material, but I learned a lot along the way", etc. ... if that makes sense?
Make positive statements about having overcome difficulties. Talk about goals, and even if you don't see the job as part of your ultimate career path, talk about skills you're eager to accrue in the position!

Clothes are fine, since i can't tell you to suit up~
As for the interview just relax and answer the questions calmly. Don't be wussy about it~ I was once a boss and i tended to choose the more confident applicants~

Don't wear that trenchcoat. Pair your outfit with a shorter, prim blazer or fine [non-hoodie/non-sweatshirt] jacket. Keep your hair up.
Don't talk to the interviewer 'like a friend' - yes, do that, in the sense that you don't want to be intimidated or flustered, but giving an aura of being too comfortable can make you seem like you're not 100% serious for the job/employable. Be enthusiastic and seem driven to do your job and do it well, but don't vibrate all over the place. Have poise. Pretend you're an extremely accomplished, intelligent writer handing in her latest manuscript to her publisher - you have the skills, the ability, and the drive. What you don't yet have is the 'yes'. Get the yes. Make that interview your bitch and walk away with the spoils.

It's for a frozen yogurt place, entry level as fuck but I don't mind. The place is cute.
I took off the trenchcoat once I got there, it was just cold outside and I didn't have any other suitable jacket.
I'm back from the interview now, and I think I did really good. I was friendly, enthusiastic, and had an overall good attitude. The other 4 candidates there were pretty awkward, and some were unprepared. Hopefully I get a call back soon.

Maybe you should call back? (not right now though)
It shows that you want the job.

Ehhh....normally I would, but the franchise owner (who conducted the interview) said that he'd personally call back no later than Monday if he's interested in a 2nd interview. I wouldn't really know what to say, either, since it was a group interview and he didn't ask any personal questions directed specifically to me.

Slouch top's nice. Can't say too much about the jeans. Nice hair, though!
As for interview tips, I've got a few.
1) When they ask if you've got questions always have a few, or you'll seem disinterested.
2) Don't say anything bad about previous employers, work, etc
3) Make sure to seem enthusiastic. Even if it's a shite job like Applebees waitressing, act like it's an offer to ride a dragon that shoots orgasms out of its eyes.

Eeeeee got a phone interview, waiting to see if the store leader has an opening that matches my schedule. Yay!

No matter what they say, CONTACT BEFORE THAT. Thank them for the interview. Did you get just a phone number or an email address?
Write a thank you note, brief and to the point, once again mentioning your interest and sharing your contact details.
That shows you have initiative not just to wait around to hear back (though one contact post-interview is plenty).
Though, if they didn't give you an email address... call or stop by and just say thanks like I mentioned above. It never hurts.

Whoops, too late. The franchise owner called me for a phone interview literally minutes after my last post. lol
