I just wrote a new song

So I was listening to a song from Iron maiden called "Transylvania" and it is an instrumental piece and I always thought it would sound cooler with lyrics but I had no idea where to start with writing them and last night I just got in the zone and wrote lyrics to it. The song is about a women in Transylvania being stalked by count Dracula and the impending doom that is about to befall her. I will record the lyrics later after I have had some sleep until then check out the lyrics in the spoiler below.

Okay I finally recorded if anyone wants to cover it go right ahead just remember to give me credit for the lyrics.

The lyrics aren't bad, 'quite a fright' doesn't really fit imo and the chorus needs a bit more punch to it - maybe change 'mess with' to 'fuck with' and put some real emphasis on it, like 'FUCK withCoooouuuunt Draculaaaaa'. Ultimately needs better vocals, no offence intended, but I think those changes would help a lot.

It's funny you should mention using the word "fuck" in the chorus because I had thought of that but there aren't many (if at all) Iron Maiden songs that have swears in them and this is basically written in the style of Iron Maiden. And putting an emphasis on "Count Dracula" would interfere with the next verse since it comes up almost 1 second before I can finish saying "Dracula" which is why I had to do an overdub just to be able to sing the second part of the song since it is impossible to say one word and start another one half way through before you've even finished saying the first one. And ya I no my vocals are no good but I was just recording a rough demo for it so I could use it as the blueprint for the song. Oh and btw it was really hard to rhythm so many words that end with "ight" "quite a fright" just sorta fit at the time.
