Yes this.
I decided to check out this site which was being advertised here, and I must say it looks rather interesting not just Sex toys but many things like Clothes, Foods, Figures. It all seems fairly cool.
Here is the Hentai Section.

I've been looking for items on J-List for years, but have never purchased anything from them. Recently started purchasing items (doujinshi, figures, etc) myself, and will probably buy something from them sooner or later. Reason I never ordered from them in the past was prices seemed a little high on the items I was considering, but they're definitely a cool site to browse.

I've been eyeing the gakuran (J-boy school uniform) for awhile now.
Still contemplating whether to make that purchase. [shrugs]

J-List is cool because unlike most other overseas retailers, they actually tell you the shipping cost during checkout, and have several (Read: More than two) shipping options.

As a bit of an update to this, I've now placed a few orders with them, and their overall communication/shipping process leaves a bit to be desired. Firstly, their charges for EMS shipping are quite a bit higher than EMS from other retailers. Added to their already inflated prices, and it's definitely a pricey place to buy things.
I'd love to say that their service makes up for the higher cost, but it really doesn't. I'd recommend shopping around other places, to see if what you're specifically searching for is available. The couple of orders I have pending now are items I couldn't find anywhere else.
The first order I placed was for a few manga. When you order, the first email says you'll receive a follow up in 12-48 hours, depending on the day. I waited a four days with no reply, so I put it a ticket explaining this. It took about 2 days for a reply, at which point they gave me a tracking number, and told me that an item was backordered, and they'd ship it when the got it. When ordering I chose the "ship all items at the same time" option, but as long as they ship my last item EMS or combine it with another one of my orders and don't try to charge me more, I don't really care.
Still, it was a bit strange. It felt as if they decided to ship what they had when I emailed them, as if I was impatiently waiting for my items. I really just wanted to know what was going on, as rhey said to expect a second email within a few days at most.
I have another couple orders pending now (damn frequent updates), and all have already been charged to my card and are listed as "preparing to ship", while the payment email says they are ready to ship. So I'm not sure what's holding things up there, but the oldest order is only about 5 days, so I guess it's not all that bad. Still, the conflicting status updates are just a bit confusing.
I'll update this post when I actually have all of my orders fulfilled (been two or so weeks since I've heard anything on the back ordered manga), so I have a better idea of how they do everything, but at the moment I'm underwhelmed, especially considering their prices. Communication just seems to be a real problem, and I'm not willing to excuse them saying it's a language barrier problem, as they market to international communities and have an office in San Diego; whereas I've placed orders with other Japanese stores without those advantages, and haven't had any problems.
Typed this all up on my phone, so please excuse any glaring errors; I'll be sure to look over it when I'm at my PC.
