erikj1508, if you want to seriously discuss the theory of evolution, then great, all the power to you. However, there are a few things that need to be understood. First of all, it doesn't matter how easy it might be for us to look up the evidence; you have to provide a specific source (such as a scientific journal) so it can be checked against any claims you might make. Who knows? Perhaps the source you are working from is chop full with mis-information?

Secondly, the rules are the fucking rules. If you break them there are going to be consequences, and its nothing to whine about. It's not like you're a seven year old kid that had their lemonade stand taken down by police for not having a permit.

Thirdly, go listen to Rush, and be sad at the fact that your "genius" self can't sing as well as Geddy Lee, play guitar as well as Alex Lifeson, nor go wild on the drums like Neil Peart.
