IP address block

for some unknown reason, i cant browse (essence-RO.com (my ragnarok online server) nor log into it in-game,and also facebook on my laptop, i tried to use my phone and i can go to my RO site, i also tried to log in on my facebook using my phone but it says IP block for 2 days coz of series of something*, i dont remember doing anything on my facebook though, is this some kind of a virus?

edit: i already scanned my PC with avast and malwarebytes....didnt find anything

You should try to call your ISP, you probably downloaded something, by the way, were are you from? Is the TPB blocked from where your from?

From my knowledge, The CyberCrime law is still postponed, TPB though is not blocked at the Philippines, I'm having to say its a virus from an external link or just your ISP.

Try checking ur host file.
