is lolicon banned in america?

I've noticed that a lot of lolicon sites are either down or the "servers are down". can someone tell me whats going on? i honestly have no idea if america is banning it because there's nothing recent about it. any info helps (as long as it's legit).

It more grey area in child porn laws via state unless you send or receive it from another state/Japan. Some sites might of jumped out because the new google/ mircosoft software and send the reports to the fbi or just down or change there servers. But even if lolicon wasn't directly cp you still can be tried for it or obscenity since it really up to the miller test and what the jury/judge decide really... a good lawyers can bullshit it to be or not to be obscene.

I guess if it's life like then you should be worried. 95% of the stuff out here isn't that exact to be 'cp' level drawings. Here in cali the rules on the "obscene" and cp are not well defined on drawings... still using crypt programing and clean sweep the data is safer then 40Years.
