Is there a difference between a fake PVC from an original?

Is there a huge difference between the bootleg and original of Shakugan no Shana II "Sweet Yellow" version? I'm kinda tight on cash so I'm considering going for just a fake one if the difference is tolerable for me... And is this version better, or should I get the white bikini one? xD Also, is anyone selling this PVC (fake or not) in the Philippines?

theres not much difference in bootlegs really only majority of bootleg figures are poor quality and look god aweful

i have only ever had 1 bootleg before now and it is awful compared to the offcial release version
