I had my eye's on this for quiet a while but i think 85$ is too much.does anybody know where i can get this cheaper or is that the original price? This will make a perfect add to my collection but i just want to know is that a good price or are they ripping me off,if you have this how much did you pay?

Retailed at $40-$50 mark.

It's not even a good quality figure, for that money you're better off getting something better.
The only reason its that expensive is its out of print.

A figure's a figure, it's the same plastic no matter how you look at it.
Unless the owner did some unspeakable things to it, it'll still look good on your mantlepiece. The only thing is the box has been opened at least once, get in contact with the owner to find out if there are any issues and it should be gravy.
Of course if you're the type that needs to have a brand new packaged copy to display then go for it get it new.
