63 degrees is cold?If you live somewhere that's usually warm (like me, I live in Florida), then yeah, 63 is pretty cold.

Nope, here is Missouri that's normalish for this time of year. But considering that we just broke a record high, 100*, yesterday, yeah...it's pretty chilli.

For me 63 degrees is perfect. Course i do live in Colorado which mean that no matter what the temperature there is always something to do.

Thats cold?
Thats like swimming weather.... Assuming that pools weren't closed.
But if they were, I would be swimming.

It has to be at least 45 and under before I'll call it chilly. (It's heat I can't stand).
Anyways, when the weather turns cold, my warm-up beverages depend upon what I'm doing. If I'm outside, I have a flask of whiskey on me. If I'm just lounging about, it'll be coffee, tea, or hot cocoa- depending upon the time usually.
If it's clear out, I'd enjoy a nice walk and a smoke. Maybe some skiing/ice fishing if the conditions are nice.
Howling blizzard, stay inside with a nice fire and a good book. (If I'm not stuck helping someone pushing their car, that is. Damn near froze my ears off last New Years).

There's never too cold outside. I'd wear a T-shirt in -20 celsius if my human restrictions wouldn't be such a bore.
