Yes, thats what you have to do. An afro. This one time I had my hair cut, the guy who did it had small afro and he told me that its the best hairstyle for hot weathers. Why? Because it takes ages to dry. So get afro, give it lots of love in the form of water and your head will stay cool for a very long time.
Or just get a ceiling fan thing. I has one, and its actually cold in here sometimes, even during summer.
Also, be almost nekkid. Underwear + a really light feeling shirt.
