Anyone watching any?

Current series I'm following are Dream Again and Galileo.

Right now i have been watching the summer 2007 ones
which are HanaKimi, Tantei Gakuen Q and First Kiss

I watched Densha Otoko about a month ago and I thought it was a really great show.

I could use some recommendations for dramas, the only thing I have watched is Densha Otoko.

i watched shimokita glory days...kinda like love hina but the best thing are Sora Aoi, Yuma Asami, and Honoka

Nodame Cantible *Aired in 06, but there is a special coming up in 08*

Proposal Daisakusen: Iwase Ken and Yoshida Rei have been friends since elementary school. Ken, is obstinate and unskilled in love, but he fell long ago for the lively and cheerful, Rei. But Rei is about to get married to another man. While Ken and other friends from high-school attend the wedding ceremony, a fairy appears and sends Ken back in time, giving him a second chance to win the girl he loves.

Yama Onna Kabe Onna: Megumi is a top sales person at the handbag section of a department store. Many people admire, and sometimes even envy, Megumi for her beauty and outstanding skills to sell products to customers. However, Megumi secretly suffers from a complex: she is flat-chested and was once nicknamed "kabe onna" (wall woman) by her former classmate. One day, a new sales person named Marie joins Megumi's department. Unlike Megumi, Marie is extremely busty as if she's carrying mounds (yama) on her chest. On top of her great bosoms, Marie also has her own special way of effortlessly selling the products to the customers. Though feeling a little threatened by Marie at first, Megumi soon realizes that they have more things in common than anybody else: they both take pride in their career and dedicate themselves to helping their customers. Through numerous obstacles, Megumi and Marie foster special friendships with each other.

Galileo: In "Galileo," Fukuyama Masaharu plays a genius physicist and university associate professor, Yukawa Manabu, who solves difficult mysteries. Affectionately known as Tantei Galileo, Yukawa is brilliant, an all-round sportsman, tall and handsome but eccentric. Yukawa's partner is a rookie cop, Utsumi Kaoru played by Shibasaki Kou. She is hot-blooded and has a strong sense of justice.

Abarenbo Mama: 22-year old Kawano Ayu was brought up way out in the country. She's a rough-mannered tomboy. When she meets Tetsu, a divorced beautician, the two fall in love and get married. Immediately after their happy new life begins, they are visited by a 5-year old boy, Yuki, who claims to be Tetsu's son. Ayu reluctantly becomes the boy's mother, but has no idea how to raise a child. What's more, at kindergarten, she must confront the elegant mothers of the neighborhood. Ayu's humorous life as a rookie mother begins.

Dream Again: This original series stars Takashi Sorimachi as the pro baseball player Shunsuke Ogi, who is forced to retire after a shoulder injury. He continues to train in hope of returning to the game, but a sudden accident leads to his death. God decides to give him a second chance, placing his soul into the body of another man - a wealthy fund company manager - but adjusting to his new life isn't easy.

Kekkon Dekinai Otoko: Shinsuke Kuwano (Abe Hiroshi), a successful architect at 40, enjoys living by himself. He doesn’t like people but somehow is able to design wonderful houses for them.

He has a routine of making himself a delicious dinner and then relaxing to classical music in his easy chair. (He likes to pretend he is the conductor.) One night, he plays the music loud enough to make his next door neighbor, Michiru Tamara (Kuninaka Ryoko) knock on his door to complain. When Kuwano answers the door, he suffers a terrible stomach pain and collapses to the floor. Lucky for him, his neighbor Michiru is nice enough to accompany him to the hospital, where he is treated by Dr. Natsumi Hayasake (Natsukawa Yui). He is really rude to Natsumi, but she is still determined to treat him.

Afterwards, Michiru and Natsumi become part of Kuwano’s life. They make friends with Kuwano’s colleagues Eiji (Tsukamoto Takashi) and Maya Sawazaki (Takashima Reiko). They all enjoy talking about how strange and eccentric Kuwano is. Is it possible that someone would ever want to marry him?

Stand Up!: Four schoolboys find themselves the last virgins left at school. During the summer holidays, a girl they knew as children 11 years ago, moves back to the neighborhood. Despite their childhood attraction to her, they realize she is a mere shadow of the "princess" they all thought they knew. This story of summer - love, friendship, school, family, the hypocrisy of adults, complications of life, experience and failure is set in an everyday shopping district and shows the clumsiness of children who have developed a little later than their peers. It's a bright romantic comedy that both young and old can appreciate.


I really recommend watching Stand Up!, it more of a "guys" show than any of the others. It's pretty funny...

Trick is nice too.About a Magician and a Physics professor going around disproving that magic/power/supernatural does not exist and such.

Just finished Summer Snow.




When the show ended on a serious note, it was kind of hard to take it seriously when the ending theme started to play, lol.

Just started egao no hosoku and it seems pretty interesting so far. Otherwise I just finished Cheap Love and almost done with IWGP.

Same here, just starting Egao no Hosoku too.


Here's the ending theme to summer snow. Just imagine this playing after his teenage sisters tells her brother that she's pregnant and he slaps her, lol.

Started watching Fuma no Kojiro. Doremii is subbing it right now. After looking at youtube, there seems to be an anime counterpart to the live action drama.

Desc: Hakuo Gakuin, the academy enoumed for martial arts, is decaying due to rival school Seishikan cowardly luring its best students. In order to face the crisis, the school's director seeks help in the Fuma ninja clan. Kojiro of the Fuma is sent to Hakuo, where he will face the Yasha clan, which fights for Seishikan lead by Asuka Musashi.

Just got done watching the second Azumi movie. I went to go look up who the actress was and it turns out that she is in one of the J-dramas that I'm currently watching! And she has the main role in it! Didn't even recognize her!

I was wondering if you had anything to recommend that is currently airing Tsujoi. I have no idea where to start or where to find them >.> But I would really like to give them a try.

Mm, I'm only watching two atm. They just finished airing and I'm waiting for the new season of shows to start up.

fyi, Denpa Shounen, a reality show where a guy tries to survive on nothing but prizes from radio/tv/magazine contests, is on Hulu with subtitles.

Oh yeah, and he's completely naked.


Gaki no Tsuki is also on hulu now too.

Seems like Yankee-kun to Megane-chan just ended. It was quite funny even though it wasn't following the manga anymore at one point.

I'm currently looking for a site that hosts the Kurosagi episodes in english or somewhere were I could at least download them.

Anyone have a few pointers?
