Do you speak and read japanese more fluent than not? No? Then ofc you shouldn't sing it in Jap.
Not to mention the English version is better.

a little more information as to where and why you are singing it would be appreciated, but as earlier post state, unless you can sing the song by heart go with the language you know fluently.

That being said, I agree with the "sing in a language you can speak when possible" crowd.

English.
Since the original has some English in it, what you can do is translate the English into Japanese. That way it'll be like a reverse JPop song.
So the first line of the first verse would be like,
Mainichi, I'm tired of playing games all the time

Surprisingly, the english one is better than the original. Go with the english if you cannot pronounce "manga" right.
Why did I say that, you ask?
Because if you can't even pronounce "manga" without at least trying to erase your accent, you will sound like a weaboo when singing the japanese version.

Sing in English cause you'll sound awful in Japanese if you can't pronounce everything properly. Just saying, I've listened to some non-natives try to sing Japanese songs, and...it was pretty bad, don't believe me then search some covers on youtube of some people who try to sing in Japanese. They sound like a deaf person speaking. With English, least you'll be fluent and all we gotta listen to is your singing.
Go with the English.
