Kim Jong Il is Dead

Is it true that a swallow foretold Kim Jon Il's birth and that when he was born there was a double rainbow and a star was born as well?
In all seriousness, since his militant son is going to succeed him how much will actually change?

The only problems that could arise is that the son struggles to control the factions within the North Korean elite, for example the party members or the military - all of which would love to seize control of the country themselves. That's what all the fuss is about; it's believed most likely that if Kim Jung-un is like Kim Jung-il, there should be no real threat to surrounding nations and the rest of the globe. However, with these relatively unknown parties hovering around, no-one can be too sure what direction North Korea would take under their leadership.
As to regards why the North Koreans are crying, no-one can be entirely sure why they are crying. Of course, it could be the case that they are crying due to fear. Considering how he saw himself as a god, it would be seen as the ultimate insult to his family that they are not weeping for him. It could also be the fact that they are crying for the unknown; as I said above, under Kim Jung-il, there was no real threat of violence towards other countries. Despite their poverty, at least they didn't have a risk of war breaking out. However, most interestingly, they could be crying due to genuine sadness that he has passed away. We're talking about a man who made the people in his country believe him to be a god who could control the weather, more importantly controlling the media; whilst we hear the bad things he's done, no doubt the North Koreans were left relatively unaware of his cruel acts. Considering these, it's certainly possible that they are sad that he is gone.
So, in general, his death changes nothing.

Well, basically, his son would success him.
What do you think this change? Will north korea change it's intention?

Depends on whether or not his son is as insane as Kim was. Hopefully he'll be more open to negotiations.

Nothing will change really his son will uphold his family's legacy in North Korea, but he will share the power with the military. People will still starve, will be killed, and sent to concentration camps. However, the only thing different would be North Korea attitude towards their enemies and if they will attack anyone out of fear since their leader is gone. Also if his son can prevent North Korea from collapsing.

The people of north korea, for the most part, have been brainwashed into thinking their leaders are demi-gods and that they are the most powerful people on earth and all this nonsense. With Kim dead, I hope it wakes those fuckers up to the fact that they are being treated about as well as Schrödinger's cats.
