Kim Sa Rang (김사랑) (Korean Rock)
0
For those of you who like rock, I recommend Kim Sa Rang, or 김사랑. Not to be mistaken with the hot actress/Miss Korea of the same name. He debuted way back in 1999 at the age of 18, and has since come out with three albums, one EP, and two singles.
Two things I find noteworthy. 1) His rich, husky voice, and 2) he's a one-man army. From composing and arranging his music to writing the lyrics, all of his songs are the fruit of his original effort. His guitar solos are amazing, by the way.
Don't know which songs to listen to first? His Behind the Melody EP (2009) is my favorite release to date.

As a super bonus, his acoustic cover of Coldplay's "Yellow":
Enjoy!
