Kinda complicated Megaupload problem

So, I've been using Megaupload for more than 2 years and this just happened to me for the 1st time.
"I got the Download bandwidth Limit exceeded warning, But AFTER I downloaded one measly doujin"
and it gets worse, every time I re-test downloading it, the "bandwidth limit exceeded file size" that I'm trying to download keeps increasing.
I already tried deleting cookies etc..etc.. even restarted the PC, but the bandwidth exceeded file size keeps increasing, it's now at 8gbs. FYI, no one in the house is even allowed to download Big files without my permission, and my wi-fi network is in a secure network, so I don't think anyone near my house can bypass my security, and it's a damn village anyway... >_>
I think this started to happen when I installed Jdownloader this morning, and actually tried to use it to download multiple files at once. But don't have hard proof yet, since I already uninstalled it ad it's still like this...
Sorry, but this is beyond my knowledge.
and Sorry again, since I didn't tried to search it trough google but failed, since I don't know the name and source of the problem...
I don't think specs is needed right?
Edit: Already scanned both with Antivirus and AntiMalware but no problem sighted..

Well the FAQ on their site said this.
Q. I am not downloading/have not downloaded anything, but still get "Download limit exceeded". Why?
A. It is possible that someone else is already downloading from your IP address or has exceeded your newly assigned IP's download quota in a previous session.
There are three ways to work around this issue:
1. You can try a different port. Some ISPs enforce proxy use only for connections to port 80. We offer two alternate ports (800 and 1723) that you may try. This will never work if your ISP assigns private (10.*, 172.16- 31.*, 192.168.*) IP addresses or uses NAT.
2. You can ask your ISP to assign you a dedicated public IP address or switch to a different ISP.
3. You can buy a premium account, which relieves you of all limitations and allows for unlimited parallel and batch downloads.
Not sure if that helps but I would say it's nothing wrong with your system.

Did that, still the same. I only have Private IP addresses so it won't work.
I already tried changing the ports = same results
and the file size keeps increasing depending on how big the file that I tried to download.
I will never ask for help if I still have options that I can do myself that is within my scope of knowledge.

Your ISP assigns dynamic IPs on availability so the only way to change it is unplug your modem and wait like an hour or so for someone else to take your old IP then plug it back in. I'd also either unplug your router or go into its configuration and release its WAN IP while doing this and renew it after you plug your modem back in. Also I would check the installation path for jdownloader and delete it and then run ccleaner after to get rid of any registry entries associated with it.
I actually doubt this is going to work but its a shot. Your ISP has your modem's MAC address and depending on how they assign IPs you may be stuck with your current one for a while. I think your going to end up biting the bullet and waiting 'til megaupload lets you download again.

ok will try that now.
but I'm still curios how did it get fucked up this bad though. SO, anyone here wants to explain the main cause, since I want to learn something new, rather than just following instructions. :D

My only guess is that JDownloader will do like a mini-proxy with other people who have it and they will use your IP at the megaupload captcha page so they can download multiple files. So someone who downloaded a 10GB file used your IP from JDownloader to do so and now you have that huge file size warning. I don't use that program so I could be totally wrong.

I think it is a temporary ploy to get people to buy the premium memberships.
It happened to me last year, I downloaded two files combine size 310 gigs; then I downloaded a 800 gig file from Fakku, then the next file I tried to download I received the notice that I have exceeded my bandwith and I had to wait 2.5 hours.

So it would not result in other people using your download limit.

My ISP gives me a new IP address every time I connect, no matter how few seconds I wait in between connections.

I agree it happens at least once a year.
