Ladies- what are you thinking?
Which do you wear, why do you wear them, and you comfortable in them?

Ladies of Fakku, I have made this so I can try to understand your gender further. I've had three ex-girlfriends and I still can't figure out why you do the things you do. I (and I'm sure other guy Fakku'ers) have many questions, but tonight we'll start with one.
My ex's wore thongs and when I asked them if they were comfortable, their response's varied from No to it's OK. When I asked why they wore them, their answers were it's sexy and it's in style. My last ex wore boxers when she slept saying they were comfortable than sleeping in thongs.
My question is if it's not comfortable then why wear it!? Yah it looks sexy but if it doesn't feel good, why then?!

Part of it was that by wearing it, they think they look sexy. And because they think they look sexy, they feel sexy.
You ever hear the phrase "The clothes make the man." before? This is a very similar premise. Clothes have a sort of emotional effect on us if we place any meaning to them. So for example. If you associate certain formal clothes with funerals. You will naturally feel more somber when wearing them even if there is no reason to.
Just like a suit might make you feel more professional.
Or casual beach clothes might make you feel more carefree and so on.

I just wear regular panties, usually, because they are the most comfortable. Sometimes I wear boxers to bed, though. I especially like the silky kind.

The image of you enjoying some nice silky boxers sliding ever so nicely across your deliciously tempting skin to bed will allow me to sleep peacefully tonight. Thank you.

I think I get it, though personally if it's not comfortable I won't buy it, much less wear it. Fashion is a big plus but not number one. Others may agree or disagree, it depends on what you want more.
And to TwilightEngel, my ex preferred her boxers silk too. She got me a pair as a gift, but I never cared for them.
To Kalistean again, the image you put in my head won't allow me to sleep. Thank you.
To animefreak_usa, Wow! To be honest I didn't think girls did that so I didn't put it up. I stand corrected. I apologize.

Comfort itself can actually just relax you. Don't you feel all tense and such when you are wearing clothes that aren't broken in, or clothes you don't wear very often? You are also often more strict with yourself in clothes you feel are newer and more expensive.
Whereas if you were to wear clothing you wear often and it has been properly worn into, you feel so much more at ease and you often act more like your usual self.
Even clothes you aren't use to, but are very comfortable and warm often relax you and put you at a state of ease.

I prefer panties and boyshorts. I only own two pairs of thongs. And I very rarely wear them. I look like the type to wear panties anyways.

[font=Verdana][color=green]Haha, quality thread. But yes, I only where stuff that's comfortable; yes clothes make the man, but boxers don't.

Regular panties are the most comfortable, to me at least. I usually wear jeans, and they seem to work best.

I have lots and lots of different panties, which I wear every day.
I have a couple thongs too, but don't really feel comfortable in them. It's not that they don't feel well, I just don't like running around in my naked butt like some cheap whore. Can't remember every using them.

Girls in my area seem to prefer thongs/g-strings to regular panties. Several of my ladyfriends and my sisters proclaim them to be very comfortable, which I doubt.
Seriously, it's a perma-wedgie, by the looks of it.
