I see the alternative has a deficient amount of material so this is out of my question.

If yes, why? (on detail)
Who was responsible for this? Who participated?
Was it the US government? Was it a union of government? Was it a group of activists?
Was it a group of activists with the cooperation with the government with or without a union of governments? Who signed the papers? Who baked cake for them? Was it a group in the name of Anonymous? Was it the webspace host or ISP of the website? Did a spy sap the server or did a janitor sabotage the server? Was the reproach of child pornography even the issue?
Is a recovery possible (with it's entire content)?

It's unlisted from Google due to it skirting the line of "child pornography"

So it's like Ex where you can only get to it by certain methods (i.e. knowing the exact url)

Other sites that have lolis usually aren't banned, due to not specializing in it or having "artistic merit"

edit: it seems like the website somehow got shutdown, or maybe crashed.

Now that I'm home. I get the DynDNS search page instead of lolibooru.com when I enter www.lolibooru.com . So it is confirmed that it doesn't depend on DNS.
Now I'd like to know if it depends on ISP or juristinction.

Another question. How can Google block them and make it inaccessible everywhere?
Google doesn't rule the internet. Or Am I wrong? How was lolibooru so dependend on google that they shut down and reformed? Or was it the ICANN or a similar organization? Or were they just shut down by government?
