Forgive me for the words since im not really familiar with these things.
Id like to lose some mass on my arms, muscle mass if possible. Contrary from the usual I actually want to be softer and thinner out there. Im having second thoughts on what to do since exercising seems to grow more muscle mass and Im getting harder instead, or whatever the right term is! Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance

bunny, well i cant accurately say how much of it is made up of muscle cells but it doesnt feel soft when I touch it. Generally I just want to reduce its thickness too.
shia, the thought has crossed my mind too honestly in a funny way of looking at it. I mean I do want fat on certain parts of me but ack I dont want em on my belly toooooo, ack what to do. I guess I can eat less protein, thats primarily on meat right?

Stretching huh... Im not exactly sure what you technically mean, but we were made to do a lot of stretching in judo to lessen injury so Im guessing... its the same. Just a ton of that? Alright, maybe ill do that for half an hour for now or something coupled with very low protein intake

First: The most important element in yar stain' healthy and shit is yar freakin-bended spine. I would blow my ass guessing how much yar stooped sitting infront of dem computar (and shit) messes it. And, belive the geezer lass, most shit, sores & future-pains come from your poorly flexd spine.
Judo stuff is good but doin it without yar fully cleared mind, relaxed muscules and inner attantion, is as stupid as fuck. Yo got to understand the connection, gal, connection between yar BODY n YOU. and The connection is that
there is no connection.
You are your body. and. Your body is you. You affect yar body. N yar body affects you. Respectivly. YOU ARE ONE.
Understand that yar a woman on the outside but on dem inside yar a forming blood, meat, muscles, liquids, organs and bones with only difference of having a pussy and tits. By every day you form yar body be it sitting, walking, jumping, lying, eating, breathing, shitting and it is always in constant forming state. It's ALIVE. but you just don't notice it by fucking your attention with different thinkings, work, sufferings and other social and private life-survivings. You don't notice the blood pumping through yar heart or urine agglomerating INSIDE of you or different food that you are NOT throwing in some kind of a black hole in yar mouth - You are putting it in yar INNARDS, in yar BODY, in yar SELF, and it becomes One with You cuz ya carry it all the way long while watching tv/chatting and ramming yar head with shit when YOU can actually Sense yourself reforming the food inside.

You can sense not only the outside world but your inside as well. It helps forming your body fittinlgy. You can learn to manipulate the heartbeat, move yar blood puls(ing) in any part of yar body, affect the length of digesting and workpower/maintenance of other organs and etc. with only your will, sense and attantion (did i say Thought? People intuitively judge a persons every-day-life by looking at his/her body complection/stance.
When you fucking sit whole day long - after a month you get a chubby tummy, ass and legs and kinky arms. They guess you have no "action" in yar life. Their expectations goes "hmmm, pretty fat bitch huh". That means your sexual (WOMAN) attractivness and self-confidence breaks in malfunction. And you, a disheartend lady, go to plastics.
Damn, woman, hold your horses! That bitch with a knife will take yar money and interfere in yar natural harmony. And it ALWAYS goes with consequences, where the question is: will dem show up in near-future or later?

Second: Different diets and pills are interesting & shit but the simple fact here is Balance. Harmony between food and action.
If yar eating and have time, do yourself a favor and
CHEW THE GODDAMN FOOD SLOWLY so that your tummy has the time to saturate without overweighting you.
DONT FORGET YOU ARE CHEWING FOOD THAT GOES THROUGH yar THROAT and not remembering that nifty skirt from dolchi.
CHEW TILL IT IS FILLED WITH yar SALIVA AND IS MASHED UP BEFORE SWALLOWING to easin the stress for yar tummy.
CHEW IT WITH actually TASTING the taste and characteristics - it increases saliva, brings Appetite and other positive things to yar stomach,

Properly distributing dem elements through yar organism,

Yeah I am aware of the part on being able to manipulate certain things about your body since I do that at times (pressure and flow) like when youre injured or my head hurts like bloody hell or like when Im about to get drunk, hehe thats why no one has outdrunk me before *snicker... never thought or was aware of the organs part, I guess I just never had to in the past. But hmm, thinking about this while driving I might actually try a different use for this concept, thanks for the input there
Yeah old man i freakin hate my tummy, sob, im at freakin 28 inches...damn. But its annoying some people end up getting a big butt from sitting too much, I mean how come some of them have tiny upper bodies but their hips and backside are like 4x wider???!! Hate
I will admit though, back then I used to exercise and all of that for sheer strength and be tough, now its em.... i dont know... its quite the opposite...alright,to hell Ill just say it, I guess I do just feel I want to look pretty atleast to my eyes, and my eyes given what I am has an image on what is pretty and....... god damn it. Why is it so freakin difficult, its so much easier the things I wanted when I was young. And yeah, my self confidence really is just at the very bottom right now if its physical we're talking about. But Im doing something about it, I mean thats what all this trouble for is afterall, I dont intend to sulk and cry my misery away, id rather do something about it and cry if need be trying. Damn thinking about crying, Ill be doing some of that literally on friday... bloody laser.
Ive heard of that somewhere, munching your food longer is good for your diet but never really gave any explanation why. Well thats insightful. I dont take pills anymore, I used to but it actually tenses me up seriously and at one point someone enraged me and I thought I was really gonna die from a heart attack of some sort. So I just take vitamins at the moment and fish oil
Its difficult for me to be free of mental stress, it is something that I am yet to learn or develop if it is even possible. It does sound logical to me, what you are saying that it does add up positively... I just cant at the moment, wish I could. But it doesnt hurt to try

I guess you did make me realize it more that I need more info on how things actually work, especially if I want to influence these things and make em take a different direction. I wont say what, but thanks for another thing as well

I think the best thing you can do is to run. It will lower your body fat thus making your arms smaller. Running also has many benefits like making you look younger and etc.

I dont feel ok with running around the neighborhood in the middle of the night. Maybe when I save enough to get that running machine, treadmill something, or a stationary bike maybe or I guess someday I can sign up at LA fitness or whatever, I think they have them there.

Learn to jump rope. Can be done in-door and outdoors. Also, for your arms use 1 lb. weights and shadow box. Keep your protein levels at a minimum and do not starve yourself.

Loose, I have weights at HOME!!! But I havent used them for a while grahh, Ill check how much they weigh first I guess. Jump rope huh, I guess I dont need much space to do that too so OK.
