Luau For Our School!

Apparently I'm running a luau for about 150 people. I already know some of the stuff were doing like coconut rice, fried plantains, vegetable skewers, coconut shrimp, chicken adobo, mango smoothies, haupia, fried rice, huli huli chicken, and more. I do wonder if we're going to do more stuff though.

A party I guess...It probably has a more important def but i don't wanna look it up. I also know that you have to roast a pig underground for this too.

Grilled chicken halves flavored with soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and wine.
- what is it like cooking for that many people?
It's stressful and difficult to know if people will like the food.

Our school has a strict no alcohol policy so no. But we're gonna try to do different smoothie types.
