To be honest, when I go to sleep, I imagine myself up some anime/manga style scenarios and stuff (yeah, I love being a kid at heart and soul) and I end up falling asleep with my dream continuing along what I imagined, you should probably try that. As for knowing that I'm dreaming while uh, dreaming, it happens randomly.

I rarely dream, but when I do, it is always extremely lucid, and I remember them all when I wake up, which is super awesome.

I don't know the way to do it. But every time I think of something awesome I can't remember if I dreamed it TT_TT. I only remember the dreams that I hate to remember

I read about it a while ago, here's what I remember:
You have to realise that you're dreaming, and so your mind has to be made aware of the fact, people have thought of a few ways of doing this; during your dream try to look at your hands or feet and something should seem odd to the brain and realise it's dreaming, another one is if you wear a digital watch, try to look at the time, a lot of people have said that random symbols appear, and since this is odd, the mind realises that it is in a state of dreaming. Once you've realised it, it's a matter of changing things to what ever you can imagine, but this is rather hard to do without waking up for most people.
The furthest I've ever got in this is realising that I was dreaming, and man the feeling was trippy as balls. I tried to change the atmosphere and succeeded for a second but then the "draw" became too much and I woke up, I say draw because it felt like I was drawing away, being pulled by my conscious mind I'm guessing.

That sounds like it would be the greatest skill to master of all time. Who the fuck cares if you can't do anything with the rest of your life because every time you go to sleep you become god.

Lucid dreaming is some trippy stuff. I think it's fun in a weird hypnotic way. Not sure how it happens either, but a few nights ago I was having a dream (can't remember)and I could see to the foot of my bed and the rest of my room, and the dream was playing like a projection of sorts, and as I moved around I was able to somewhat control the dream, then I guess I became more conscious of the situation and realized I need to go to sleep, it's hard to wake yourself up, like dreaming in a dream, until I just shook violently and sat up, I hope it happens more often lol.

I just had this dream/illusion that I was being piined down by one of my local ghost, and I know it's one of those Sleep paralyzing thing...
Man I can still remember it, which sucks, because I don't know if I was dreaming or was hallucinating.
The only thing I remember was while I was laying, I looked to my right side, Saw the ghostly figure, then it pinned me down, and the paralyze thing kicks in... lol

I had some Lucid dreams in the past, where I'm aware of what I do, and what was happening, but I can never control my dream, only my actions.

I agree with the fact that you first have to realize you are dreaming. This has been achieved from me by random points where I start to wake up during a dream and then lul myself back to sleep while never leaving the dream. After which you can then say "increase lucidity" and you become increasingly clear minded (to a point). I have done this only 2 time and it was really difficult. I used to have nightmares all the time about Jurassic Park (the movie) and was only able to overcome them by realizing that I was dreaming and drove away. Haven't had a nightmare since. I've also heard somewhere that micro vibrations from the real world can make you realize your dreaming but idk how to do this. maybe have someone call your phone on vibrate and have the phone under your mattress or something? IDK. As for what I do during lucid dreaming it's always the same. Find a hot girl and have sex.

I am a very light sleeper, even soft footsteps wake me up. It's pretty troublesome but because of this, it's rather easy for me to have lucid dreams. I am almost always aware if I'm dreaming and I can easily control it~ The most frequent ones are dreams of flying. I can't find the right words to fully describe this experience. I can unbelievably feel that I am really flying~ The cold wind blowing, how light my body is, and the sweet struggle to maintain my flight. It's just a wonderful empowering experience~
I've also had some scary lucid dreams where assassins, witches, ninjas, were chasing me and the weird part is, I always end up hiding in a dark, old, dismal bathrooms. Haha~ There were also dreams where I had to fight. The scariest one was an assassin who wanted to slash and skew me with his sword, in other words to kill me. Somehow, I had to force myself to win because I had a feeling that if I don't kill him, I'm never going to wake up. So to say the least, the dream was pretty bloody. >///> The most fun combat dream I had was a witch chase on a broom. It was really exciting~ Of course, I always emerge victorious since I can control my dreams. Haha~ Also, everytime I wake up from a lucid dream, I feel very exhausted.
I've also noticed that it's easier to have lucid dreams if you let your imagination go wild before you go to sleep and condition yourself with a story you want to dream about. I guess a person's personality is also a factor. I, for one, have an obsessive personality so I guess that makes it easier for me since lucid dreaming is all in the mind.
I think I can safely say that lucid dreaming is both a blessing and a curse.

I've done this many times. I have no idea how it 'officially' works. It's odd, I can 'tell' myself I'm in a dream and thus why I rarely have nightmares. Unfortunately, I have yet to master the set up to make this happen on a regular basis. So it's always random.

I mainly have lucid dreams during scary dreams. Most of my dreams are very random and colorful. But every so often I'll get a nitemare, and maybe its just that its so ridiculously scary...but I get that I'm dreaming.
But rather then "take control", I make myself wake up.

Practically every time that I end up having a dream- but that's not very often. I usually just pass out for a few hours, pitch black.

I naturally have lucid dreams whenever I dream, but there are techniques to teaching yourself how. Try tips from this site ----> http://www.wikihow.com/Lucid-Dream
If I'm in my dream and try and change stuff while in a stressful situation, I usually can't. But if I let my mind relax while I'm in my dream then it becomes much easier. Some of my most memorable dreams where when I teleported myself from my house to a neighbour's by using the shower, stopping time, and waking myself up from my dream only to realize I was still dreaming and having to wake myself up again. (The second time I actually woke up)

I have found that sleeping during the day ends up with me having more lucid dreams than not.
It might be the light, it might be the heat, it might even be the sounds that trigger some part of my brain that makes me realize I am dreaming.
On the other hand though, I have found that if I don't properly finish any of my dreams, I wake up in a terrible mood and feel drained of energy.

I have successfully had a lucid dream before, maybe once or twice; but even the smallest in-dream shatter or noise made me wake up. I can often have a lot of fun doing weird crazy shit, but it never lasts very long and leaves me feeling empty and disappointed inside.
