Does anyone know if the Tanto Cuore : Expanding the House come with both the original and expansion deck? I really want to get the last one that's on Amazon right now.No, they are two separate entities and I suggest buying the original first if you are buying it. Expanding the House can be its own stand alone game without the original, but the game is the best when you mix the two together. The second expansion has crazier cards and the original has more substance cards that the expansion.
Still can't find many English pics of the cards. And yes, all of these cards are translated in the actual game.

Just to ask, the maids on this game, are they all originals or were they part of any anime, video game, visual novel game, or manga(like the SRW series famous for it;s cross overs)?

They are all original. This game is legit.
Also the next expansion, Sexy beach party, is coming out in december.
