So is this site good to buy doujin from? Also most of the doujin is used so if I buy am I going to get a doujin with sticky spots on the pages or no?

They are a pretty good place to buy weeb stuff from in general.

so no sticky pages or really wore out covers on doujins?

They won't sell defected books unless there like rare. The comic bee I bought in 2000 was worn but still good.
