[Locked] Manga/Anime to Shitty Live action

Most Mangas I have seen or anime, That have been made into a live action film has been by far much more shitty. If the manga, does well. I understand making an anime, if both the anime and manga do well. why don't they try to make the live action film a little bit better with a bigger budget then just some pocket change. or even a better director. I just find it a buzz kill for that manga/anime. it just totally ruins the whole thing for me.
