I came across this clip of a Ssturday Night Live skit. It's a parody of a Japanese Pop music television program. For some reason, I was slightly offended.
What do you make of this, Fakku?
[size=8]***Disclaimer: I tried to find a working code to embed the video, but nothing worked. >_< Jewtube doesn't have a watchable video of it, either. :/[/h]

Somewhere in America, a weeaboo is looking at this and throwing a fit, yelling and saying "desu" at the end of every sentence.

Parodies are meant to be exaggerated to draw humor. The only ones who are offended are those who are too slow to realize this. I'm sure Japanese have similar parodies of American culture. Captain Falcon in smash brothers was meant to be a parody of American policies overdoing things with the falcon punch.
In this skit however it looks like the parody is two-fold. On the one hand you have the parody of Japanese shows but on the other you have the professor criticizing the students for their incorrect interpretation of Japanese society. It is a jab at those people outside of Japan that think Japan is exactly as how it is shown in their media.
