Medical questions for those more trained than I

So, here's the thing, I probably have streptococcus bacteria making a cozy little home in and on my tonsils and whatnot. The problem is, I recently waived my insurance to keep my bills paid. I'm doing the gargling with salt water (1/2 tsp per cup), lemon tea with honey and acetaminophen, and as expected, not nearly as helpful as antibiotics would probably be. I know that most throat infections are viral and strep is only confirmed after a swab test, but I have inflamed, red tonsils, white steaks going across them, swollen lymph nodes in my neck and several of the common side-effects including loss of appetite, headaches, ear aches, chills and a constant fever over 100°F. Is there anything else I can do? I know I should see a doctor, and I will on Monday, unfortunately, today isn't Monday...

Unfortunately, strep throat is a bacterial infection, as I can tell due to the white steaks across your tonsils. Thus, antibiotics are the suggested drugs of treatment. In the US, penicillin and amoxicillin are the preferred antibiotic s, but I'm not sure how you'll get your hands on that. As for pain, I recommend aspirin since you're not a kid (not recommended for children because of risk for Reye's syndrome). If aspirin doesn't work, try using Tylenol/acetaminophen. But, you should test for strep before taking antibiotics as unnecessary use makes them less effective.

Just drink some warm fluids.
And old recipe for anything here in my country is to squeeze some Calamondin and drink it warm. Lots.

Much appreciated guys, I'm using phynalphedrine (I think that's the right spelling), acetaminophen, cepacol cough drops (with benzocaine), and lemon jasmin with honey. Since I had to work I'm wearing an N95 mask and gloves as well as plenty of sanitizer. No need to spread this around.

I used to know this old mexican dude. when ever he started to get a cold or something, he would get a bottle of grain alcohol and drank it all at once just before bed. he was pretty much just sterilizing himself.
be carful if you try this though. if you're not used to drinking, you could give yourself alcohol poisoning.
