At a convention, you should go around with a poll asking who's an otaku, it gives you a way to talk to women and also find out what they like, it's very creative, it'll work. Add your own flavor to it.

Someone could just organize a hentai convention rather than one being based on just anime, anyone girl who turns up is obviously bound to like it, a flawless plan.

But pretty much what everyone said: If you want to meet girls with the same interest, try to go to a con of some sorts. I never had the time for it myself, sadly.

Hrmm your best bet is probably online, in Japanese culture/language classes, at arcades or anime stores or under any unusual rock I guess.. I don't know if it's important to find a chick into anime/hentai or not. Just try to find somebody who is cool and open about things. That way you can ease her into it; instead of trying to find the even less rare, cute, but anime geek chick. Personally I met my girlfriend (now my wife actually) online at an anime forum like this (but not based around hentai). Naturally after we started living together we viewed and even downloaded hentai for each other. She admitted that it doesn't turn her on (think she'd rather view regular porn) but she still downloads and purchases things for me ^^ which is more than enough.
